2010 Summer Program
No single general has conquered as much of the world as Genghis Khan. He was not born a prince, but he was born a leader. He united the desert tribes of central Asia made restless by a failing climate. His weapons were new only in his gift for leading them. His horsemen were the swiftest the world had seen. His archers were unrivaled. His command was absolute. Construct horses, riders and the felted yurts that they carried with them. Construct the trebuchets they build to besiege the palaces of Persia. Follow his raids to the West that woke Europe from the torpor of the Dark Ages.
