Global warming will change the level of the seas. The Dutch, at least, have thought about that for a long time. Netherlands means lowlands. It is a nation that lives in a careful balance with water. Construct a traditional windmill to lift water. Construct a tiny fleet of the ingenious ships that have built flood control gates. Construct a house designed to float, if all of the above fail. Consider the common sense of bold planning.
